Fines Meetings

First Thursday of the
Month
  • All dogs must be on a leashes at all times.  You may not leave your
    dogs tied up outside.
  • You must clean up after your dog or you will be fined.
  • No children under 16 years old are allowed unsupervised in the
    clubhouse without a parent.
  • There is no parking on the streets
  • You may not rent the clubhouse or pavilion if you have an
    outstanding accounts receivable owed to the HOA.
  • ACC Committee will not approve any requests from a homeowner
    with an outstanding accounts receivable due to the HOA.
