  • Important Note: Children under 16 are not allowed in the exercise room.
    Children 14 years or younger must be accompanied and supervised by an
    adult (over 21 years of age) at the tennis courts, pool, soccer field and
    basketball courts.

How do reserve the room in the clubhouse?

How do reserve the outdoor patio / picnic area by the clubhouse?

How do I get my recycling bins?

What’s the Garbage Pick Up Schedule?
  • Regular Garbage is picked up on Wednesday & Saturday
  • Bulk Trash Pick up is only on Saturday
  • Recycling Pick Up is only on Saturday
  • Yard Waste Pick Up is only on Saturday

IMPORTANT NOTE: The recreation dumpster by the clubhouse is for trash from the
recreation area ONLY. It is not for use by individual homeowners to dispose of
unwanted items, large boxes or any trash. Disposing of this improperly dumped
trash is costly to each homeowner as special collections must be made at nearly
$500 per incident. In the future, any homeowner found using the dumpster for
personal use will be charged the cost of the collection service.

If I have a garbage collection problem who can I call?
Call the Solid Waste Authority at (866) SWA–INFO or you can have the complaint
written and faxed to (561)

How do I inform Security at the Canyon Isles entrance gate of an
invited guest?
Call Security at (561)738-9669 (automated) or gate officer at (561)738-6853

IMPORTANT NOTE: This number uses a computer-generated system to register
your guest at the front gate. To activate the system you will need to have
completed a Security Information Form. On the form you will need to fill out a 6-
digit pin number. Once the Security Information Form is given to Security
Company, they will then activate the pin number. Should you need a Security
Information form please contact JNE Management at (561)734-8840.

How do I change my name or telephone number for the Canyon
Isles entrance gate?
Please contact JNE Management at (561)734-8840, complete the form and deliver
the form the front gate.


PARKING QUESTIONS?

Can I park my car on the local street in front of my house?
You are allowed to park your vehicle either in your garage or your driveway.
Vehicles parked in the street are subject to ticketing and towing.

Can I park my car overnight in the clubhouse parking lot?
Homeowners are not allowed to park any vehicle overnight at the clubhouse.

SAFETY & SECURITY QUESTIONS?
What is the speed limit in the Canyon Isles Community?
The speed limit on XXXX is 25 MPH. The speed limit on the local streets in the
Canyon Isles community is 15 MPH. Failure of homeowners or visitors to obey
speed limits will result in permission being allowed by the Canyon Isles Board of
Directors to the Palm Beach County Sheriff to enter the Canyon Isles community
and monitor speeds throughout the streets in the property and issue citations.

Can mini-motorcycles or pocket cycles, golf-carts and motorized
scooters (any non-licensed vehicle) be ridden in the community?
All described vehicles in the question are PROHIBITED from operation anywhere
within our community. This is a Canyon Isles rule as well as a law in the Palm Beach
County.   Parents are responsible for their children, please do not operate or allow
your children to operate such equipment in our community.


I witnessed acts of vandalism or a crime in the community, what
can I do?
You are encouraged to report any suspicious or deliberate acts in the Canyon
Isles community. You can do three things –

  1. Call 911 and report to the police
  2. Call JNE Management at (561) 734-8840 and report the incident of vandalism
    to the Property Mgr. All information provided to JNE Management keep all
    acts of vandalism reported confidential.
  3. Using the "Contact" feature from this web site contact the JNE Management
    and report the incident at jne@jnemanagement.com

PLEASE NOTE: PARENTS OF MINOR CHILDREN (UNDER THE AGE OF 18) ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS OF VANDALISM AND WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DAMAGES TO THE
CANYON ISLES COMMUNITY.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE QUESTIONS

My house is on a lake what are my maintenance responsibilities?
Homeowners on the lake are responsible for mowing & fertilizing the lake bank
easement at the rear end of their home. The sprinkler system on the easement is
on the Canyon Isles Homeowner Association system – any maintenance to this
system is to be done by the Association. However any damage done to the
sprinkler system by the homeowner will result in the homeowner being
responsible for any repairs.

Do you have directions on how to get to  Canyon Isles from various locations?

South - From North Palm Beach, Martin or Saint Lucie County Traveling on I95:
Take I-95 South to Boynton Beach Blvd (exit 82) and make a right onto Boynton
Beach Blvd, proceed west on Boynton Beach Blvd. until you reach Lyons Road and
make a left onto Lyons Road. Proceed south on Lyons Road (for about a ½ mile)
until you reach Canyon Isles  and make a left into the community.  The visitor’s
entrance is on the left lane of the entrance.

North - From Broward or Miami - Dade County Traveling on I95:
Take I-95 South to Boynton Beach Blvd (exit 82) and make a left onto Boynton
Beach Blvd, proceed west on Boynton Beach Blvd. until you reach Lyons Road and
make a left onto Lyons Road. Proceed south on Lyons Road (for about a ½ mile)
until you reach Canyon Isles  and make a left into the community.  The visitor’s
entrance is on the left lane of the entrance.
